BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ronnie LaBrie, Lynchburg College
LaBrie, a senior from
Vinton, Virginia, helped lead his team to a 3-1 week by slugging 1.167
and hitting .583 in the past four games. He was successful on all seven
of his stolen bases and he scored 12 times while also driving in six
runs. He also leads the team in home runs after hitting his fourth in a
13-9 win over Tufts on Friday.
BASEBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Bryan Breedlove, Hampden-Sydney College
Breedlove, a sophomore
from Suffolk, Virginia, pitched 13.2 innings last week while allowing
only one unearned run on eight hits and 11 strikeouts. He earned a 3-0
complete game victory over No. 21 North Carolina Wesleyan and collected
a save in a 7-4 win over Bridgewater.

MEN'S LACROSSE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Chas Carlson, Roanoke College
March, a junior from
Cockeysville, Maryland, lead the team in goals, assists and points for
the week. He netted five goals and had six assists for eleven points in
1-1 week for the Maroons. He also picked up eight groundballs.

University
Mathews, a sophomore from
Richmond, Virginia, scored six goals and dished out four assists to help
lead the Generals to a 20-3 win over Bridgewater and 12-9 victory
against No. 13 Mary Washington.

SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kaitlyn Bowman, Bridgewater College
Bowman, a junior from
Dayton, Virginia, batted .518 and had a slugging percentage of 1.029
while notching five home runs and 16 RBIs in a 5-3 week for the Eagles.
Bowman now has 28 home runs in her career and passed the Bridgewater
record for all-time home runs by two.
SOFTBALL PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Brittaney Brown, Virginia Wesleyan College
Brown, a sophomore from Chesapeake, Virginia, posted a 2-0 week,
improving her season record to 6-2 and her ERA to 2.26. Brown struck
out nine batters in a 3-2 win over Ferrum and struck out another six
batters in a 9-2 victory against Guilford.

MEN'S TENNIS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Ryan Radke, Bridgewater College
Radke, a junior from
Midlothian, Virginia, finished the week 8-0. He won the #1 singles 6-0,
6-4 and the #1 doubles 8-3 against Randolph-Macon. Won the #1 doubles
6-0, 6-0 and #1 doubles 8-2 against Randolph College and posted a 6-4,
6-4 win at #1 doubles against N.C. Wesleyan. The Eagles as a team went
3-0 on the week.

Katie Tabb, Washington and Lee
University
Tabb, a junior from
Edina, MN, helped the Generals to a 3-0 week with a ODAC wins over
Hollins and Roanoke and an out of conference win over No. 9 Denison.
Tabb won three #1 singles matches and three #1 doubles matches.
