Randolph Launches New Athletic Website

LYNCHBURG, Va. --- On Monday afternoon,
the Randolph College athletics department completed its transition
to a new athletics website as www.RandolphWildCats.com was launched on the
PrestoSports network.
The new athletics website will maintain the same content previously
available to Randolph WildCat fans, including news, stats,
schedules, bios and historical information. The new website will
offer viewers a friendly navigation system while offering
multimedia opportunities, including bigger pictures as well as more
visible video. The website also comes with a fully functional
mobile site, available on all smart phones.
"Partnering with PrestoSports for the design of our new website is
a great step for our department," said Sports Information Director,
Jamie Chagnon. "The new site will give the WildCats a presence on
the web that showcases our student-athletes accomplishments to
friends, family, fans and potential student-athletes."
The website also highlights the school's beautiful landscape on one
side of the background while showcasing athletes in action on the
right side of the background, blending the two flawlessly. The
middle of the page will highlight news, schedules, results and
up-to-the-second standings and stats thanks to the PrestoSports
network.
PrestoSports, founded in 2002, is a leading provider of athletic
content management software to colleges and conference offices. It
markets solutions for website design and hosting, live stats, award
management, merchandising, officiating and photo hosting.
The PrestoSports staff features more than 40 years combined
experience in collegiate athletics. It includes former sports
information directors, conference administrators and experience in
collegiate marketing solutions. PrestoSports also designed and
manages the Northern Athletics Conference and Northern Collegiate
Hockey Association.
