| Lynchburg
College won its second straight and fifth overall ODAC
softball championship, defeating Virginia Wesleyan College
4-1 at the James I. Moyer Sports Complex. The
Hornets took the shortest route possible to their title,
winning each of their three contests. Lynchburg
(36-5) earns the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA
tournament. |
