Interview with Hollins' Jonathan Raines

FOREST, Va. --- We're just a day away from the start of the first championship of the winter season, so Brad and J.J. spend some time talking about the 2013 ODAC Swimming Championships in addition to the latest results in indoor track and basketball.  Hollins University head coach and chair of the ODAC swimming coaches committee Jonathan Raines joins the show to break down the championship and the evolution of swimming in the conference.

The 2013 ODAC Swimming Championships are set for February 8-10 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.  It marks the second year that the conference has called the state-of-the-art venue its championship home.  As chair of the ODAC's swimming coaches committee, Coach Raines has been an integral part into the planning of this year's event.  He is in his fifth season guiding the HU swimmers.
