The fall ODAC tournaments are in the books, with just football left to decide. Brad and J.J. round up the titles, and then dive head first into men's and women's basketball. Randolph-Macon's men and Eastern Mennonite's women top the ODAC preseason polls heading into opening day on Friday. R-MC head coach Nathan Davis and EMU mentor Kevin Griff join the call to weigh in on the upcoming season.
One championship is already in the books after a successful cross country event at The Manor Golf Club in Farmville. Brad and J.J. dive into the remaining fall tournaments, as well as chatting a little ODAC football. Washington and Lee University volleyball player M.A. Boles also joins the show.
The fall championship season is upon us, and Brad and J.J. dive in to the seedings for the field hockey, men's soccer and women's soccer tournaments. But first up is the ODAC Cross Country Championships, which will be run Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. (women) and 12:00 p.m. (men). Eastern Mennonite University head coach Jason Lewkowicz joined the show to provide some insight into what we might see on Saturday.

It's time to talk spring championships as the first three are set to begin this weekend. Brad and J.J. dive in to the men's and women's golf tournament, as well as the men's and women's outdoor track & field championships and the men's and women's tennis tournaments. SBC tennis coach Teresa Boylan and BC tennis coach Marty Perry join the show.
Just men's basketball remains from the winter campaign as both Randolph-Macon and Virginia Wesleyan continue from the orginal 62-team field with sectional play this weekend. At the same time, spring sports have taken hold as teams are beginning the conference portions of their schedules. Brad and J.J. talk about that and more as they're joined on the ODAC Podcast by GC golfer Noah Ratner and Randolph softball coach Caroline Cubbage.
