Welcome back to the ODAC Podcast! In this first show of the 2014-15 athletic campaign, Brad and J.J. give an overview of the conference thru the first few weeks of the season, touching on each current sport in action. They also discuss scheduling in the conference and how it affects teams as look to gain entry into an NCAA Division III Tournament.

The spring championships are fast approaching, so Brad and J.J. dive in with three coming up this weekend. Roanoke College is set to host the ODAC Track & Field Championships, while eight teams will be hosting quarterfinals matchups in the ODAC Men's Tennis and ODAC Women's Tennis Tournaments.
Brad and J.J. welcome you all to the first ODAC Podcast of 2014. They've got men's and women's basketball on their minds as the two dive into the standings for both sports with the bulk of conference play beginning this weekend. They're joined by Randolph College women's basketball coach Allison Nichols as this week's podcast guest.
We're heavy into the winter season with basketball, swimming and indoor track events dotting conference schedules, but the ODAC is involved in the final event of the fall as the 41st Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl is set for Salem on December 20. The conference has been the co-host for the D3 football championship for the past 21 years. Helping Brad and J.J. talk ODAC football and break down this weekend's semifinals is D3football.com columnist Keith McMillan.

It's time to talk spring championships as the first three are set to begin this weekend. Brad and J.J. dive in to the men's and women's golf tournament, as well as the men's and women's outdoor track & field championships and the men's and women's tennis tournaments. SBC tennis coach Teresa Boylan and BC tennis coach Marty Perry join the show.
Just men's basketball remains from the winter campaign as both Randolph-Macon and Virginia Wesleyan continue from the orginal 62-team field with sectional play this weekend. At the same time, spring sports have taken hold as teams are beginning the conference portions of their schedules. Brad and J.J. talk about that and more as they're joined on the ODAC Podcast by GC golfer Noah Ratner and Randolph softball coach Caroline Cubbage.
Spring sports are just about in full bloom (despite the weather) with basketball rolling through its NCAA postseason. Brad and J.J. tackle some topics surrounding those items, and they're joined by Lynchburg College men's lacrosse captain Josh Davey.

Lynchburg baseball coach Percy Abell talked about his squad and the depth in the league this year, while W&L women's tennis coach Eric Ishida spoke of the talent on his team and of the progression throughout the league.
We're talking golf and track & field in this week's podcast as Brad and J.J. dive into the two sports before finishing with tennis.
