Lovegrove Places Sixth at IHSA Nationals

WildCat Rider Participates in Open Flat Competition

Lynchburg, Va. --- Randolph College senior rider Ashley Lovegrove completed her brilliant career Saturday afternoon with a sixth place finish in the IHSA National Individual Championship.

Lovegrove finished sixth out of 32 competitors. She moved up ranking in each round from 12th after round one to 9th after the second round. The top ten riders were then brought back into competition where Lovegrove took 6th place. She also finished 6th in the Individual Open Flat.

"Ashley has had one of the most decorated careers for the Randolph College Equestrian Team", stated head coach J.T. Tallon. "I am very proud of her accomplishments".
