Yoder arrives in Winchester from his alma mater, Hobart College (N.Y.), where he played as a wide receiver and served as an assistant coach for the past 12 years.  He was the Statesmen's defensive coordinator the last six seasons.</description>

This honor is one of two for the ODAC Offensive Player of the Year on the evening as he leads a group of six other conference players that received honors.</description>

      <title>ODAC Football Game of the Week: Highlights from H-SC at W&amp;L</title>

      <description>Hampden-Sydney jumped on top of Washington and Lee, 17-0, but the Generals rebounded to force overtime at 27-all.  It took four overtime periods to decide a winner, and it was Luke Heinsohn who capped a career-day with a 37-yard field goal to win the game for W&amp;L, 45-42.  Heinsohn finished the contest with 192 yards rushing and 33 points scored (4 TDs, 1 2pt, 4 PATs, 1 FG) to help the Generals clinch the 2012 ODAC title.</description>

      <description>Randolph-Macon and Shenandoah squared off in Winchester on Saturday, and it was the Hornets that jumped on top early, owning a 17-3 halftime-advantage.  R-MC clawed its way back into the game in the second half, eventually knotting the score at 24-all with 1:34 to play.  A turnover returned possession to the Yellow Jackets, and they used the final 1:18 to set up a game-winning 20-yard field goal by Josh Storm.</description>

Hampden-Sydney and Washington and Lee both sit atop the league with 4-1 ODAC records.  H-SC exploded for a 68-24 win over Guilford, while W&amp;L topped Catholic , 41-14, in Washington, D.C.  Bridgewater held off a late comeback by Emory &amp; Henry, 27-21, and Randolph-Macon got a last-second field goal to deny Shenandoah its first ODAC win, 27-24.</description>

Matt Turchin connected on his third field goal of the game with 10-seconds to play for a 15-14 Emory &amp; Henry victory.</description>

Guilford won its third straight with a 38-35 comeback win over Randolph-Macon.  Hampden-Sydney claimed its third straight with a 42-21 win at Shenandoah.</description>

      <description>Guilford College picked up its second straight win and its first over Bridgewater College since 2006 with a 23-20 triumph at home on Saturday.  Quarterback Matt Pawlowski had a hand in all three of the Quakers touchdowns as he ran in for one and tossed a pair of TD passes, including the game-decider with 7:13 to play.</description>

      <description>After three weeks of conference action, one team remains unbeaten in ODAC play.  Washington and Lee used another stellar rushing day to topple Randolph-Macon, 49-14, to stand atop the conference standings with a 3-0 record.  Catholic, Guilford and Hampden-Sydney all moved to 2-1 in league game as the Cardinals topped Shenandoah, 34-7, the Quakers defeated Bridgewater, 23-20, and the Tigers downed Emory &amp; Henry, 47-17.</description>

      <description>Emory &amp; Henry traveled to Lexington to square off with Washington and Lee on Saturday in the third ODAC contest for both squads.  The Generals greeted the Wasps with a record-setting rushing day as W&amp;L ran for 503 yards, the highest total in ODAC history.  W&amp;L came away from the contest with a 45-28 victory, improving their record to 3-0 in conference play.</description>

      <title>ODAC Football Report: Week 6 --- October 7, 2012</title>

      <description>R-MC and W&amp;L improved to 2-0 in ODAC play, setting up a matchup next week that will leave the victor as the lone remaining undefeated team against ODAC competition.  R-MC earned its mark with a 45-12 win over CUA on Friday evening, and W&amp;L topped E&amp;H, 45-21, behind an ODAC-record 503 rushing yards on Saturday.  GC spoiled SU's first ODAC road trip via a 20-7 decision in Greensboro, and H-SC returned to the win column with a 24-7 win over BC, the first loss for the Eagles this season.</description>

      <title>ODAC Spotlight Athlete of the Week: Luke Heinsohn, W&amp;L Football</title>

      <description>Washington and Lee senior Luke Heinsohn helped the Generals open ODAC play with a 42-21 win at Guilford on Saturday.  Serving as both W&amp;L's lead running back and place-kicker, Heinsohn scored 24 points in the game as he ran for 146 yards and three touchdowns while converting six extra-point attempts.  In the process, he became W&amp;L's all-time scoring leader with 228 points, which is just 24 points shy of cracking the ODAC's top-five.</description>

      <title>ODAC Football Game of the Week: Hampden-Sydney at Catholic</title>

      <description>Catholic returned from its bye week ready to begin ODAC play, and the Cardinals did so with a bang.  CUA welcomed Hampden-Sydney to the nation's capital and trounced the ODAC's preseason #1, 41-28.  The Cardinals commanded a 20-7 lead at the half and a 34-7  advantage thru three quarters before H-SC got its offense untracked with 21 points in the final frame.</description>
