No. 10 Lynchburg got a hat trick from sophomore Jordan Warrington in a 5-3 victory over No. 14 Juniata College in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in heavy rain from Shellenberger Field. With the victory, LC advances to take on No. 3 Ursinus College in Collegeville, Pa., this Saturday.

ODAC schools put seven teams in the NCAA Division III postseason tournaments set to begin this week. Lynchburg is joined by Virginia Wesleyan in men's soccer. The Hornets and Marlins accompany Washington and Lee in women's soccer. Lynchburg is the ODAC's lone qualifier in field hockey, and Randolph-Macon takes to the courts in volleyball.

Alyssa Derstine and Karissa Sauder collected the Player of the Year and ODAC/Farm Bureau Scholar-Athlete awards. VWC's Taylor Harding earned Rookie of the Year accolades, while LC's Enza Steele and WLU's Wendy Orrison split the Coach of the Year honor.
