Elizabeth Cheng, Hollins, Junior
Cheng, a junior from Virginia Beach, Va., won tournament medalist honor for the second time this season as she topped the field at the inaugural Generals Invitational, hosted by Washington and Lee University at the Lexington Country Club. Cheng turned in a 4-over 76 following the first round on the par 72 5,829 track. She came back with an even-par 72 to post a two-round total of 4-over par 148 to win the event by 11 strokes. Cheng, winner of three ODAC weekly honors, leads the ODAC with a 75.4 strokes-per-round average.
Women's Golf Honor Roll
Andrea Walker, Bridgewater

Walker carded an eight-over par, 80, on the final day of
competition to lead the way for the Bridgewater Eagles women's
golfers at the Generals Invitational, hosted by Washington and Lee.
Walker's 80 was the third-best round of the day from any player and
improved her standing on the individual leaderboard by one
position. The freshman from Warsaw, Va. finished the 36-hole
tournament at the Lexington Country Club with a +21, 165 to finish
in third place.
Olivia Bowling, Randolph-Macon College

Bowling finished the Wasington and Lee Invitational fifth on
the leaderboard after she shot team-best rounds of 84 and 86.
Bowling led R-MC to a third place finish (+154, 730), its best
showing of the season.
Sara Moir, Washington and Lee -
(Fr., - Roanoke, Va.)
Moir posted the third and fourth-best rounds of the tournament on
the way to finishing second with a 15-over par 159 at the Generals
Invitational last week. Moir opened with a 10-over 82 in the
first round, and then came back with a 5-over 77 in round two to
pace the Generals to a second place team showing (+144, 720).
