The NABC and D3hoops.com recently announced their All-Region and All-America teams, of which the ODAC was well-represented. Virginia Wesleyan sophomore guard D.J. Woodmore earned an All-America nod from each outlet, heading a group of five ODAC men’s basketball players and coaches that were honored.

Chris Teasley (pictured) scored 21 of his game-high 27 points after halftime, including seven in overtime, as the Marlins battled back-and-forth with Whitworth University in securing a spot in the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament quarterfinals with a 74-71 victory on Friday night in Whitewater, Wisconsin.

Virginia Wesleyan led by as many as 19 points, but was forced to withstand a strong comeback attempt from St. Mary's as the Marlins advanced to the sectional round of the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament with a 70-57 triumph over the Seahawks. VWC, ranked sixth by D3hoops.com, will face #7 Whitworth College (Wash.) at a location to be determined.

Randolph-Macon let a 12-point halftime lead slip away as Capital University held the Yellow Jackets scoreless over a nine-minute period in the second half on its way to a 68-60 win in the first round of the NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament. R-MC's season ends with a 21-7 overall record following its third straight trip to the NCAA tournament.
