DESSI DUPUY, Lynchburg, Freshman, Forward

Dupuy, a freshman from Lynchburg, Va., picks up her second weekly award after collecting 22 points last week.  Dupuy scored 11 goals in three games played. She tallied five goals against Eastern Mennonite University, tying a school record for most goals in a single game. Dupuy added three goals against conference opponent Hollins University and added another three in the victory over Meredith College. Her 20 total goals are five short of the school record for most goals in a season. She has scored a goal in eight straight games. Out of the 26 goals Lynchburg scored last week, 11 came from Dupuy. She ranks first in the ODAC in goals (20) and points (45).

Women's Soccer Honor Roll

Melanie Waters, Bridgewater, Sophomore, Forward
Waters scored four goals and added two assists to help lead the Eagles to a pair of ODAC victories. Waters scored two goals and added two assists in an 11-0 win over Sweet Briar. She added a pair of goals in a 5-0 victory over Randolph College.

Kori Wenger, Eastern Mennonite, Junior Midfielder
Wenger clinched the Royals their first win of the season when she scored in the 68th minute Saturday to give the Lady Royals a 1-0 victory over ODAC opponent Emory & Henry.

Jaclyn Nucci, Guilford, Junior, Midfielder
Nucci scored goals in each of the Quakers' road wins last week.  She notched the third tally in a 3-0 win over Randolph, and followed that up with the first goal in a 2-0 victory at Randolph-Macon.

Madeline Forestel, Washington and Lee, Freshman, Forward
Forestel finished the week with three goals over two wins against Roanoke and Southern Virginia. She netted her first collegiate goal, which also proved to be the game-winner, in the 70th minute against Roanoke, leading the Generals to a 1-0 win over the visiting Maroons. On Friday, Forrestel scored in the 16th and 55th minutes as the Generals cruised to a 6-0 victory over Southern Virginia. She also appeared in W&L’s Saturday affair with Sweet Briar, recording two shots on goal.
