Stephanie Foster, Washington and Lee, Fr.

Foster, a freshman from Columbia, Md., kicked her collegiate swimming career with a splash as she helped Washington and Lee to a 1-1 showing in a tri-meet with Centre College and DePauw University. Foster recorded two event wins with times of 1:01.87 in the 100-yard backstroke and 2:14.30 in the 200-yard backstroke. She also was a member of the 200-yard medley relay that placed second in a time of 1:53.76.

Swimming Honor Roll

Dani Horne, Greensboro College - (Sr., - Alexandria, Va.)
Horne posted career-best in 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:44.98 to place 37th at the N.C. Kickoff Classic.  That time is also the fifth-fastest in Greensboro history.  Horne also swam the lead leg of all three Pride "A" relay teams.
