Leidy J. Arias Bernal, Lynchburg, Freshman

Bernal, a freshman from Centreville, Va., continued an impressive start to her first collegiate campaign as she competed in the NCAA Division I dominated Iona Meet of Champions on Saturday.  She crossed the finish line with a time of 25:12.81 in 50th position.  Her time is the fourth-fastest in the conference this season.

Shelby Bryceland, Virginia Wesleyan - (Senior, Runner - Virginia Beach)
Bryceland place fifth overall out of 61 runners at the Rich Achtzehn Classic hosted by York College.  Her time of 25:17.35 paced the Marlins and is the fifth-fastest time in the conference this season.
