Andris Goncarovs, Guilford, Junior

Goncarovs, junior from Ithaca, N.Y., picks up his second weekly award of the season after winning the Hagan Stone Classic on Saturday.  Goncarovs bested a field of 135 runners on the eight kilometer course with a time of 26:19.20, which is the sixth-fastest 8K time in the ODAC this season.  His victory is the first for a Guilford cross country student-athlete since October 15, 2011.  Goncarovs has led the Quakers in each meet this season.

Nathan Fishell - (Fr., - Richmond, Va)
Fishell paced the Wasps as the Maryville College Invitational with an eighth place time of 30:06.40 on the eight kilometer course.  He finished just ahead of teammate Steven Machamer as the duo led E&H to a third place team showing (71 pts.).
