ODAC Baseball Tournament News

September 26, 2018 --- The ODAC Baseball Tournament has undergone quite a few changes over the past few years with a new split weekend format introduced in 2018. Change continues in 2018-19 with a new location for the final weekend. Haley Toyota Field at Salem Memorial Ballpark will serve as the final weekend host for each of the next two seasons.

May 13, 2018 --- The No. 18 Shenandoah University baseball team claimed its second-ever ODAC championship with an 8-4 win in 10 innings over No. 13 Roanoke College Sunday afternoon.

May 11, 2018 --- A thunderstorm in the Lynchburg area has postponed further play in the ODAC Baseball Tournament on Friday evening. Games are scheduled to continue on Saturday at City Stadium.

May 6, 2018 --- Just two games were needed in all four best-of-three series to determine the final four squads in the ODAC Baseball Tournament's new format. Randolph-Macon College, Virginia Wesleyan University, Roanoke College, and Shenandoah University will head to City Stadium in Lynchburg, Va., for three days of double-elimination play for the right to hoist the league hardware on May 11-13.

April 28, 2018 --- Randolph-Macon College picked up a win on the final day of the regular season to lock up the top position in the league table and secure the #1 seed in the upcoming ODAC Baseball Tournament. A pair of ties helped dictate the remainder of the tournament field, which sees an increase in size by two teams in 2018.
