Virginia Wesleyan Claims 10th ODAC Men's Soccer Title
Virginia Wesleyan senior Brian Cornell converted a penalty kick just 1:43 into overtime as the Marlins topped Randolph, 2-1, on Saturday evening in the ODAC Men's Soccer Tournament championship game. The title marks the 10th in VWC program history and its first since 2008. The victory also awards the Marlins the ODAC's automatic entry into the NCAA Division III Men's Soccer Tournament.

Randolph Earns Title Game Bid With 2-0 Win Over Washington and Lee
For the second time in three years, WildCat Stadium will be site of the ODAC championship game. Randolph (17-1-1) had defeated this Washington & Lee (10-4-5) team eight days ago by a score of 4-0 on the same field, but with the stakes being higher and the return of All-ODAC performer Zach Colby for the Generals, most expected a closer game.

Virginia Wesleyan College's men's soccer team scored three goals in the second half Wednesday en route to posting a thrilling 4-2 victory over Lynchburg College in a semifinal contest in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) championship tournament.
