ODAC Men's Lacrosse Tournament Set

roanoke, lynchburg earn byes into semifinals

SALEM, Va. --- For the second straight season, Roanoke College commands the top seed in the ODAC Men’s Lacrosse Tournament, and earns one of two byes into the semifinal round.  The Maroons, ranked sixth by the USILA, posted a 14-2 overall record and 7-0 conference mark.  Lynchburg College (12-4, 6-1), rated 10th in the country, also earns a first round bye as the second seed.

Washington and Lee University and Hampden-Sydney College, ranked 18th and 19th in the nation, respectively, will host quarterfinal matchups on Wednesday, April 28.  The Generals (10-5, 4-3) own the fourth seed in the ODAC tournament, and welcome fifth-seeded Randolph-Macon College (7-7, 3-4) to Lexington.  As the third seed, Hampden-Sydney (12-4, 5-2) play host to sixth seed Virginia Wesleyan College (8-7, 2-5).

Dates for the semifinal matchups have not yet been determined due to possible conflicts with exam schedules and/or graduation dates.  Information on dates and times will be posted as it becomes available.
