ODAC Basketball Tournament Formats

The 2013 season saw women's basketball play through an unbalanced conference schedule, a feature that men's basketball has experienced over the past five years.  The inclusion of Shenandoah University increased both tournament fields to 12 teams, creating the need to slightly alter the tournament format.  For both the men and women, the top four teams in the regular season standings will comprise seeds 1-4 in the ODAC tournaments and receive first round byes into the quarterfinals.  Seeds 5-12 will play in first round contests, with the four winners on each side joining seeds 1-4 in Salem for the quarterfinals.

Monday, February 18 - Women's First Round
