Jeremy Webster, Eastern Mennonite University
Webster, a senior from Yorktown, Va., helped the Royals to an eighth place showing at the DuCharme Invitational hosted by Dickinson College.  Webster picked up one of three event victories for EMU's men's indoor track squad, breaking his own facility record in the 200-meter dash.  His time of 22.52 seconds shaved off three-tenths of a second from his performance last season.  He also placed second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.82 seconds.

Nathan Turner, Eastern Mennonite Won the shot put at the DuCharme Invitational, tossing the shot 50-3.75 feet
Xavier Sayles, Lynchburg Placed 26th in the 60-meter dash at the Liberty Kickoff, stopping the watches at 7.13 seconds
Andy Nagel, Roanoke Placed fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Liberty Kickoff with a time of 8.84 seconds
Drew Martin, Washington & Lee Finished 9th overall and 5th among Div. III athletes in the pole vault, clearing 4.20 meters.

Robin Yerkes, Roanoke College
Yerkes, a freshman from Arnold, Md., started off her collegiate track career with fireworks at the Liberty Kickoff at Division I Liberty University.  Yerkes not only was the top D-III finisher, but beat out the rest of the field in the 200-meter dash on the way to breaking the school record in the event.  Her time of 25.92 seconds was nearly a full tick better than the previous Maroon time (26.90), and helped her outpace several strong athletes from NC State and James Madison.

Kat Telfeyan, Washington & Lee ODAC cross country Rookie of the Year placed first among the D-III runners and 7th overall in the 5,000-meter run in a time of 18.56.83
Elizabeth Brandler, Wash. & Lee Placed second in the pole vault at the Liberty Kickoff, clearing the 3.0-meter mark.
